Limiting beliefs are ruining your life

I guarantee this 3 step process will dramatically change your life.

I wasn’t writing on the computer because I had a limiting belief that I could only write pen to paper to get the result I was looking for.

Turns out I may be wrong…and here’s why.

My explanation for writing pen to paper was based on research I did some years ago.

The research said human cognitive function was increased when writing pen to paper.

The study stated that both sides of the brain begin to fire when physically writing.

So I began to write, not just write a couple words. But pages!

My brain unlocked, and I felt mentally free! As if knots were being worked out of my brain and I had come across a genius in my mind.

I began to make connections and started to see things differently.

I was now able to link events and information together.

I truly started to feel like I was using my brain for something of value!

Not only did I feel good while writing, I began to see myself and how I would operate from a new level of existence.

I began to find true peace of mind and a level of comfort in myself that I had yet to experience at that point in my life.

I would then look forward to writing every morning and every evening.

This newfound confidence began to reflect in many different areas of my life because now, my confidence was up. I could now articulate my words, thoughts, and ideas to people other than myself!

My new normal was confidence! I woke up knowing what to do because my mind was calm, focused, and clear now that I had been writing!

After some time, I noticed a slight issue. I hadn’t felt this sort of emptiness before. I thought that it was only up from learning about journaling and writing.

I felt like I had peaked this seemingly endless mental clarity run.

I hadn’t realized I wasn’t feeding my mind with any substance. I needed more to write about! So I began to read and read and read until my mind felt like it was ready to explode! I sat at my desk for hours, consuming book after book after book until I was mentally exhausted.

Those moments after I put down the book, the gears were turning quickly! I woke up ready to go and full of ideas. I sat at my desk at 7 am and began to write again. I had a lot to say! I felt fresh again like I was on top of the world!

My ideas were back flowing. The clarity was there to stay!

I did it! I learned the process!

1) Fill the mind to generate ideas, views, perspectives, and opinions.

2) Develop who you are through the content that you consume.

3) Express it through that pen…or in my case, now the computer.

With this newsletter, I showed you how to single-handedly break a limiting belief through action.
